Set in a charming, private enclave of only 14 homes in the serenity of the Amapas hills above “Old Town” Puerto Vallarta, our delightful villa offers enviable views out over Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta Town. It’s set far away from the noise of the big hotels and resorts, yet still close to everything from romantic restaurants and cafes to funky shops and markets. Oh, and we don’t want to forget that it’s only a short distance from Los Muertos Beach, the most popular white-sand beach in the area, with its full array of restaurants and beach services.
We have provided everything you might need to make this villa a truly unforgettable retreat. Custom-designed contemporary furniture in each room is complemented by restful accent wall colors and the cool luxury of marble tile floors throughout. A fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops.
Or perhaps you’d prefer to take a romantic moonlit dip in one of the large, communal double-infinity pool!
Afterwards, retire to one of the two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble tile. The third bedroom/den, which has a comfortable couch, also boasts an ensuite bathroom.
This villa has its own, private garage. However, if you’d prefer to take a taxi for the short trip into town, expect to pay about $4-5. Maid service is available for an additional fee on a daily or weekly basis. For additional convenience, we provide a car rental allowance of $150 for villa rentals of 7 nights or more.

The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
(We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
Lost key and card key
Stained towels and sheets.
Extra cleaning fee.
Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
PASSPORT OR IFE WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO CHECK IN
