This property is only available for Thanksgiving Week holidays and the two weeks before Christmas and after the New Year holiday. A housekeeper comes every Thursday to clean the whole house. Laundry service is available weekly for next-day pick-up and drop-off. Tenants do not need to rent a vehicle. Everything is within walking distance and for those trips further away from the bus fare it is only $.48 anywhere in the city and taxis never cost more than $4.00 anywhere in the city. You will love this villa for the holidays!
The "Romantic Zone" is located on the south side of the city, known as the "Old Town".
This is where you'll find supermarkets, supermarkets and outdoor markets, sidewalk cafes and traditional taco stands, two hospitals, pharmacies, shops, the city's only English-language theater and, of course, Puerto Vallarta's most famous beach: Los Muertos.
Olas Altas Street (only 7 blocks from the condos) is where everything is happening at night!
And speaking of restaurants... there are excellent restaurants, on the beach and along the streets, serving delicious dishes of all ethnicities: Italian, Austrian, Thai, Filipino, French, Swiss, Chinese, Japanese ... and Mexican!

-The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
-Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Please make an accurate description of the number of staying.
(We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
Lost key and card key
Stained towels and sheets.
Extra cleaning fee.
Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
PASSPORT OR IFE WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO CHECK IN.
