Spacious apartment, with an excellent location just 3 minutes from the subdivision within the exclusive Marina Vallarta subdivision, super supermarket, laundry, restaurants and other services and the beach. It has a common pool and sunbathing area with bathrooms and a terrace, the apartment has 1 bedrooms with its own full bathroom for the living and dining area, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker and toaster.

The condominiums are at the top of a mall where there is a Mexican store, stationery, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

The pool is located in the common area of condominiums, bathrooms, lounge chairs, tables and chairs.
