Nice apartment on the ground floor, very warm and 100% furnished, a very nice kitchen, living room and dining room. Very comfortable beds. Located in a very quiet and safe place, with a privileged view towards the mountains, the apartment is very beautiful, it is 15 minutes from the beach (by public transport) and in a family area. It is located in the middle of the city with banks, supermarkets cinemas, pharmacies. restaurants, churches, and continuous transportation.

- -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
- -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- Please make an accurate description of the number of staying.
