2 bedrooms apartment just renewed with everything to make you feel like at home.
Its in a calm, cute and safe small building. You ll see that yours neighbours will be very nice.
AC and roof fan in each room and the living room, please turn them off when you won t be in the apart, like this we save the environment and help me to keep reasonable rental prices
The kitchen is fully equipped to help you to have a great stay
You ll have acces to internet ,WIFI and NETFLIX.

I live 2 blocks from the apartment , so i can be there quickly if necessary.

• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

• CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
• PASSPORT OR IFE WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO CHECK IN
