Wi-Fi, plus Laundry is picked up once a week and delivered back the next day laundered and folded. Renter will have access to the fourth floor terrace with plunge pool, built in outdoor BBQ, sink and half bath. chaise lounge and outdoor furniture to tan or entertain guests. Gorgeous view of the city and Bay of Banderas. Just give a day's notice. Located in one of the most unique areas of Old Town on a pedestrian walkway close to everything. Less than 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and galleries. In 15 minutes you can be on Los Muertos Beach. There are a number of steps, so take that into consideration. I am 65 years old and have no problem taking a couple trips a day into town.

The "Romantic Zone" is located on the south side of town, known as the "Old Town".

This is where you'll find supermarkets, grocery stores and open air markets, sidewalk cafés and traditional taco stands, two hospitals, drugstores, shops, the only English-language theater in town and, of course, Puerto Vallarta's most famous beach: Los Muertos.

Olas Altas Street (just 7 blocks away from the condos) is where it's all happening at night!

And talking about restaurants... there are superb restaurants, on the beach and along the streets, that serve mouth-watering dishes of all ethnicities: Italian, Austrian, Thai, Philippine, French, Swiss, Chinese, Japonese ...and Mexican!

• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
• (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
• CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
