Please note:

Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, using 2 king size bedrooms. Additional guests have to pay USD 15 per person/night using the full house with 3 king size bedrooms.

The house is up a small hill which does provide a beautiful view but also means that the street is steep for one small block if walking. If you know Puerto Vallarta at all, this is pretty common as the hills are one of the attractions. For those that drive, you have your own fully secure garage for parking. Also taxis, UBER and bus fares are very cheap.

If you wish is possible to stock this villa with requested food and beverages upon arrival.

• -Switch off lights and A/C before leaving or Check-Out
• -Keep the place clean
• -Check Out is at 11:00 am or before
• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity. USD 030 per used kWh.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of guests staying. 
• (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
• CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• Any damages at the property and the items.
• Any smoking damage. Pee on the bed or sofa.
• Lost key
• Stained or lost towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee, if ordered. Weekly cleaning is included in the rent.
•         PASSPORT OR INE WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO CHECK-IN.
