Welcome to Villa Casa Salinas II, enter through an antique door from India where an elevator awaits to whisk you to all 4 floors and into a haven of elegance and unique art. Located right on a private sandy beach on the South Shore of Banderas Bay two miles south of town this beautifully furnished, 15,000 sq ft, open and airy luxury villa is ideal for active living and entertaining. The high ceiling living room flows to an expansive pool patio and an endless view of the bay.
The following amenities are offer at the villa:
A staff of houseman, maid and cook 6 days a week to cater to our guests every need
An English speaking on-site manager that oversees the staff and both villas.
3 meals daily: breakfast, a light lunch and dinner (all meals are optional and food not included in the rate).
Juan, our manager, will go over daily menus with all guests (of their choosing), the staff shop, receipts are provided.
A private sandy beach where guests can play, swim, and enjoy a BBQ.
Enjoy the heated infinity pools offering great views of the ocean.
Satellite TV, WiFi throughout the villas, free calls to the USA via Vonage
Both villas are air conditioned, water is purified
For those special occasions we can order mariachis, manicures, pedicures, birthday cakes, flowers, etc. – just let us know your needs.
Charter our boat for fishing, snorkeling, scuba or sightseeing around the Bay – Juan is a great captain and knows all the best spots.
Golf, tennis and family-fun activities are within a short drive
Children are welcome, cribs and highchairs are available and childcare can be arranged.
Both villas can be rented individually or together.
